Conditions of stay

1. Bookings are considered valid on the effective day of receipt of 30% of the cost of the entire stay, to be anyhow sent 15 days before the arrival.

2. Check out will be within 11 a.m. of the day of departure.

3. You will find the apartment clean and tidy and you must make sure that it will be in the same conditions when you leave. The refrigerator must be emptied, kitchenware washed up and garbage taken out of the apartment. On the contrary you will be requested to pay an extra charge of 50 Euro.

4. It is forbidden to admit in the apartment a number of persons exceeding that on the booking form or exceeding the number of beds in the apartment.

5. A security deposit of 500 Euro will be requested upon arrival and it will be kept as a guarantee during your stay. It will be given back to you at the end of the stay after having carried a control of the status of the apartment.

6. The cancellation of the reservation received in written within 15 days forseen arrival involves the loss of the sum already paid (30% of the cost of the entire stay).

7. These conditions are considered fully accepted when booking is made.
